just taking a look at pictures of the solstice, and i am wondering where the front license plate is going to go.

lets hear what you guys think.

I have the same dilemma, I might try to cheat and put it inside the windshield, wouldn't want to ruin the Solstice's pretty face.

Yeah, it goes right across the grills on the bumper. Not pretty, but what other choice is there. There is a plate bracket that clips into the grills.

They are required in California, but the last three (new) cars I've had, I've never put any there. My last one had a frame for it already on there, but I took it off. On the other cars I've had, I've put BLKJACK Nevada (novelty) plates on the front .

I plan to buy the s/c version for 2007 and when I get it, I'll tell the dealer that I don't want any frames, or even holes for frames on the car.
