I see the other posts about possibsle hp levels (170, 180, 220, 250) but what's new on the weight of the car? This is more critical to me personally than speculating about hp. A 2600 lb. car with 170 hp should be fun, but a 3100 lb. car with 170 hp won't cause my wallet to open. And that's the range of what I've read---2600 to 3150 lbs. That's a huge variable....

I don't think we know final # yet. You've got the range down perfect. Published weight was 2850 but that was first pass. C&D speculated higher, others have speculated lower so it's anyone's guess. Given the Miata pressure I'm guessing they'll do everything possible for lower.
